Does my prospect need an account?

No. They pick a slot, leave their name and email, and get the invite.

What about time zones?

The prospect sees slots in their local time, you see them in yours.

What if the prospect cancels?

They cancel from their invite. The meeting leaves your calendar and the contact goes back to "To do". No follow-up restarts without your say.

I already use Calendly. Do I have to switch?

No, FluenzR connects to Calendly too. The built-in calendar just saves you one more subscription.
